Stimson URP assisted Astina in identifying the site for the construction of serviced apartments.
This project required an unsolicited proposal to be presented to Penrith City Council, and terms negotiated. Stimson URP engaged a valuer for the land negotiations, and the project team and external consultants to prepare a Development Application that included serviced apartments, commercial floor space, function centre, rooftop bar and liquor license with extended hours. A variation in the height limit was successfully negotiated to deliver the first premium high rise serviced apartment building in the Penrith CBD.
