Laundy Taverns engaged Stimson URP to assist in collating the Development Application for a standalone pub in the new release area of Jordan Springs. The consultancy included the preparation of the Statement of Environmental Effects, lodgement of the application and presentation to the Penrith Local Planning Panel. Approval was gained despite the objections raised and the variation to the applicable car parking rate.
