Stimson URP assisted the client in obtaining consent for land subdivision and the construction of a manufactured housing estate.
Comprising some 114 dwelling sites and community facilities. Subsequent modifications have required negotiating conditions with Transport for NSW and Bega Valley Shire Council. Stimson URP also negotiated a variation to the Local Government Regulation to build the dwellings on site.
