Rich River Golf Club - Rezoning and Land Lease Community Estate
Stimson URP are currently assisting with a planning proposal (rezoning) for an additional permitted use that will facilitate a manufactured housing estate.
This has included working with Council to align the project with their Draft Housing Strategy and infrastructure delivery plans. Once the planning proposal is gazetted, a development application will be prepared for over 200 dwelling sites to be delivered in various stages, contributing to housing supply in Moama.
