Griffith Land Lease Community Estate
Stimson URP assisted the client in identifying and acquiring the site, and then in obtaining consent.
The project will see the construction of a manufactured housing estate comprising some 193 dwelling sites and community facilities. Stimson URP also negotiated a variation to the Local Government Regulation to build the dwellings on site as well as submitting the Section 68 application under the Local Government Act to operate the MHE.
